Your host for this LIVE event  is Expo/Trade Show marketing expert, Catherine Franz.  Catherine has been attending, setting up, vendoring, and designing trade shows for over 30 years all over the world.  She has seen the action from all sides of the aisles.  She has seen, tried, had things that didn’t work and things that had great success.  Now you can learn the successful ways to increase sales, save money, and get more exposure for your business and your products at conferences, trade shows, and expos.

Catherine will be available with event discount coupons at the Mt. Clare Café beginning at 9 am.  We encourage you to purchase your event ticket BEFORE coming to the Café to save time standing at the door.  Networking begins at 9:00 am at the Café.  Our official start time will begin at 10 am at the cafe.  We will proceed to the exhibit hall around 10:30 am.  We will complete the tour and learning at the Café  around 12 (noon) pm.

In the TWO hours you will learn and understand, at a minimum, the following:

  1. The best way to write a booth description that appears in their marketing material

  2. Ways to promote your booth before the show

  3.  Designing a follow up program for the “after show” results you desire

  4. Methods to use the Law of Attraction principles to attract all the results you want

  5. Ways to evaluate whether the tradeshow/expo is right for you (as a vendor and as a visitor)

  6. To be speaker or not to be, and if so, how to get the gig

  7. What to have and not have on your table and in your booth

  8. Choosing the right table site for your business

  9.  Saving valuable marketing dollars as a vendor at a show

  10.  Do and don’ts table/booth strategies

  11.  Talking with strangers without selling but really selling

  12.  Expo communication skills with other vendors and participants

  13. Trade show etiquette

  14. And more!

This is NOT a sit in a room and learn experience.  This IS a walking, moving, looking, and discussing learning process.  We will not have any special place inside the expo.  We will meet at the Cafe, learn the basics, review the handouts,  and then move into the exhibit hall to examine  booths, displays, and learning the do and don’t of trade showing.   Close to the end time we will meet back at the Café for additional discussion and learning.

ADDITIONAL BRAINSTORMING BONUS:   This package includes a 30-minute private coaching phone call with Catherine after the event.  This needs to be used before November 5, 2007.  You can use this time to brainstorm additional ideas about trade show marketing specifically for your business or for answering questions that were processed after the event.  For current clients, this is additional time that isn’t counted towards your regular agreement. 

This class includes how to attend a conference or trade show as a participant and how to market you without a table.  around the room looking at the current vendors and evaluating their booths and strategies.  Bring a stable writing source for  on-the-go note taking.

Fee:  $125 – Limited to 10 individuals for maximum learning!

This does not include
